About Me
Why I Do This Work
.
For many years, I lived a life that looked successful on the outside but felt unbalanced and unfulfilling within. I was busy, driven, and outwardly capable — yet internally disconnected, stressed, and searching for meaning.
My own journey into mindfulness, emotional healing, and personal development became a turning point. Through self-awareness and compassion, I learned how to reconnect with myself, understand my needs, and live with greater intention and balance.
This journey is what inspires my work today.
I know how it feels to be overwhelmed and unsure — and I also know that change is possible.
My own journey has deeply shaped the work I do today. If you feel called to read more about my personal story and the experiences that led me here, you can read my full journey into mindfulness and emotional wellbeing here.

Parents are an important part of this process. By involving parents, I help create calmer, more emotionally connected family environments — supporting both children and adults to thrive.
